This song has been going through my head since Tuesday. That was one of the scariest days of my life.
We were sitting watching The Office, I was working on my cross stich and Mike was laying on the other couch. The two younger kids were climbing on Mike he didn't realize that the window was open. Just then I heard a scream and saw a flash of my son falling out of the window. Mike and I stood up and ran out of the house as quickly as we could. I was screaming the whole way, what mom wouldn't right. We got out there and there was no blood he was on a screen which was on top of a chair which was folded up. Mike picked him up and I just sobbed. Luckily yhe boy didn't hit his head, or have any injuries that we could see. We both cuddled him, when he got down to walk he couldn't it was hurting him. We decided that we should take him into the ER.
My mom and I took him to the ER, we were taken right back. They checked him all over, everyone was shocked that he didn't have a bump on his head or any major bruising. Since he could still not walk on his foot they did x-ray's, he had no broken bones whatsoever. They sent us home and told us to watch him if he still was not walking in a few days to take him to his doctor.
The next day he tried to walk and cried so he crawled every where, still he tried to walk. But there was nothing else wrong with him. Today he has been walking every where still not putting full pressure on his foot but walking. He is not acting like a boy that fell out the window 2 days ago.
I am feeling truly blessed that he was not hurt anymore than he was. I had someone tell meit is like an angel caught him and put him down on the ground. He did break the chair that he fell on but I would rather have that broken than my son. I know it is because of the Lord that my son is safe, and that he is still with us today.

I know I said this once already but I am glad I am procrastinator and hadn't moved those chairs yet!
He is definitely a walking miracle!!
How terrifying! I'm so glad he's OK. Last year my sister's best friend almost lost her 5-year-old son when he fell out a second story window. He landed on the driveway and was severely injured. It was a miracle that he lived and didn't have any brain damage. I love you!
