update

So when I went to the doctor the other day, they said that I should be feeling better in a couple of days. So I kept waiting and waiting. But nothing seemed to get better only worse. Abigail was also having a strange reaction to her medicine. Lets just say I had to change a lot of really stinky diapers. Anything she ate came right out.
So we went to the doctor today. He said that my ears (it was ear) is still bad. He said the medicine I had wasn't working and gave me a new one. Plus nasal spray. He said since Abigail's is making her sick to quit giving it to her. He had her get a shot and had me get her Imodium and pedylite to help her get some liquid.
I think Abigail is starting to feel better she was scooting around on the floor today. And since I have been sick and have not had the energy to clean she found a piece of plastic and tried to eat it. So I had to stop her from choking today
I also found out that Abigail only weighs 14 pounds she was 13 at her 6 month check up. I don't think that is a good sign. I think she lost weight since she got sick.

Another ear infection

Abigail was acting like she wasn't feeling good this morning. So I took her to the doctor. She has an ear infection too. I hope that she gets well soon.

I had to go to the ER last night after Mike got home from work. My ear was hurting really bad. It was making the whole right side of my head hurting. It felt like someone was stabbing me with a knife. I found out that it was inflammed inside with blisters. So I am now on meds. All night while sleeping my ear was popping and stuff was coming out of it. I would of waited to go to the doctor, but I was in a lot of pain and no pain medicine I took helped. I have a good husband that was willing to take me. Luckily, Trisha my sister in law came over and sat with Abigail who slept the whole time.

hard month

So I have had a stressful month. With Abigail being sick and me being sick. plus the fact that we are moving in a week and a half. I am also giving a friend a bridal shower this weekend. I am going to be happy when it is all done.
I am still feeling weak after the food poisoning. I am also fighting my cold still. Oh well I am going to go try to eat something and lay down.

Food Posioning

This weekend Mike and I went down to Delta for Tim's (Mike's brother) mission farwell. Abigail wasn't feeling good, so she wouldn't eat. She also had 3 really dirty diapers, but they were kind of far apart. Anyway Saturday night we went out to eat. Then we all had the same brunch the next day. last night when we got home, Mike got a call from his mom saying that some of the people got sick. Then Mike got sick, about 2 hours later I got sick. We found out this morning that everyone but one person has gotten sick. I am thinking it is food posioning. I am finally starting to feel a little better. Which is good because Abigail is not feeling sick anymore.

Showing our Apartment

So since we gave our 30 day notice, they have had our apartment for rent. Since we still live her people are suppose to call me and ask when they can come and see it. Most of the time I don't care when they come. except for yesterday, I really wasn't feeling good and this guy called and asked if he could see it. I said sure come in an hour, but he said I don't work so I need to come now. I got this terrible feeling about him. So did Mike, but Mike had to go to work. So when he came, I picked up Abigail who was happily playing on the floor and took her around with us. He asked me 3 times if the washer and dryer came with the place. Each time, I said no you have to bring your own. When he saw our washer and dryer he asked if it was going to be his. Then when he was about to leave he asked when we were moving out. I said it would be available on the 11th of April. He didn't seem to happy about that.
Most of the other people that have come by are women. There was one today that had her two kids with her. One of them was eating an apple and Abigail wanted to take the apple and eat it. I guess it is time to try to give her taste of apples.

good news

We got the apartment above the one we looked at. Apartentl they misplaced a paper so they thought we didn't hand in everything. About an hour after I talked to them, we got a call from one of the workers there. he said that the place we wanted was rented out, but the place above it was up for grabs. He asked if I wanted it. I said of course. So we went yesterday morning to sign the papers. We are moving out on the 5th and I am going to spend the next week, cleaning up the apartment. I don't think it will take me that long, but we need to deep clean, and get the carpets cleaned.
I caught Abigail's cold, it is not fun. I was coughing most of last night, to the point it woke Abigail up. So she started screaming. I had to pull myself out of bed and take care of her. after that I really couldn't sleep, so I came out and watched tv.

Grrrrrr

So last Wedensday, Mike and I filled out an apartment application. We needed a co-signer so I went and got that and took the paper in to them. Anyway we still hadn't heard from them, so I called today. I had to call about 50 times before talking to someone. They said we didn't hand in our co-signer info. I told them I did she said that they would look and call me back. Still haven't heard anything. Anyway my mom is our co- signer so I called her and told her and we are going to go down to the place and talk to them. I really wouldn't worry to much except for the fact that we put our 30 day notice for this place and we have to be out in 3 weeks. I will have to give an update.
One of my friends got the best deal for a house it is in Manti, it has 4 bedrooms and she is getting it for$400 a month. I told her for $400 a month that we could get a studio apartment.

sick again

So about a week after Abigail got over chicken pox she gets a cold. Cough, cranky, runny nose, and did I mention cranky. Friday night, I got her to go to bed the normal time, but about 10 she woke up and wouldn't go back to bed until 2:30 at night. Luckily Mike had Saturday off so he stayed up with her. He tried to put her in bed a couple of times but she just screamed.
Saturday I had a primary activity so I was able to to get a break. Abigail luckily slept for Mike most of the time. Abigail also threw up on Saturday. Sunday Mike and Abigail stayed home from church. I guess Abigail cried more than half of the time that I was gone. Yesterday she was really clingy to me. She also wouldn't go to bed last night. Part of me wonders if she is teething too.

dumb people

So I was watching are you smarter than a 5th grader tonight. This lady got the question. true or false...If you were born on Easter, would your birthday always be on a Sunday? She answered true and flunked out. I guess she doesn't know a calander very well. I told Mike I needed to start a book about silly things people say or do. One I would have to have in there is. One day while I was in the store around Christmas, I was buying some mixed nuts. I went to the check out and the cashier picked up the bag of nuts this was our conversation
cashier: I know the price of walnuts, and almonds, and brazil nuts. Why did you mix them together.
me:they are mixed nuts.
cashier:they sell them mixed?
me:yes they have a bin for them.
cashier: let me check this paper.
me:ok (starting to get annoyed)
cashier: Oh we do sell mixed nuts. They are the same price as the other nuts.
me:ha ha ha

I think I will have to start a book so I can always remember them.

I love to see the temple.

Earlier this week Mike and I decided to go to the temple, sometime during the week. We chose today. We planned to get up early and go to one of the first sessions. So I got a baby-sitter lined up and went to bed last night planning on Mike's alarm to wake us. But we slept in. I woke up right before 8 (I know to some people this is not sleeping in. But ever since Abigail was born it is sleeping in to me.) I was like oh no. So I got up still half to sleep went into the bathroom, and didn't realize Mike left the toilet seat up last night. So yes I almost fell into the toilet, my hips are bigger now after having Abigail that they hit the toilet. I am suprised I didn't bruise. I then woke up Mike and got dressed. I had to wake up Abigail, and get her fed. We got ready pretty quickly. Dropped Abigail off and were off to the temple. On the way there we decided to only do sealings today. We both have never done them before. Other than the time we were married. It was a very neat experience. To be able to hear the words of the sealing again. To remember that I made those covenants about 2 years ago with my eternal companion who I love very much. After the temple we went and picked up Abigail. My sister-in-law who was watching her said that Abigail was reall good for her this time. The last time that she baby-sat Abigail gave her a very hard time. Here's the story....That night we went to Mike's work christmas party. I left Abigail with a bottle and solids. She wouldn't eat anything and just cried. My sister in law was 8 months pregnant at the time on her 5th kid. She had to call me and have us come. As soon as Abigail saw us she was happy and playing again. My sister in law baby sits a lot of kids and she said that Abigail was the first one that ever cried and wouldn't stop.
I have decided that Mike and I need to try to go to the temple at least once a month. The last time we went before this time was before Abigail was born. My sister in law said she would baby sit any time we want to go. I told her I would do the same. She was like "all 5 kids?????"

Busy day

So I have had a busy day today. First thing when I got up Mike and I went and looked at an apartment in American Fork. We were going to wait until May to move, but we saw this place and wanted to check it out. Its really nice and only 100 dollars more a month then we are paying now. It is a 3 bedroom. So that will be better. It also has new flooring. After we saw the place we decided to apply to get the place. So we had to put a 30 day notice for the place we live now. So if we don't get it we will have to try to find another place. After we applyed we came home fed Abigail and tried to get things done. I needed the car today, so I had to take Mike to work. Luckily Abigail took a nap in the car. I then had to go to my moms office and have her sign some paper work for me. She had to take Abigail around and show her off. I then had to go to an appointment. We just got home and Abigail was really tired. She went right down for a nap. I still have one more thing to do, but I think I will go on my way to pick Mike up from work. I just hope we get the new apartment.

Enrichment

Tonight I had enrichment in my ward. It was by far the most laid back one I have ever been to. I went we had dinner and visited and that was it. I had fun visiting with the ladies that were on my table. We were talking about child birth and babies. Abigail was also really good. She just sat there and played. I think she wanted to get down and run with the other kids that were there. I like this ward and I am going to be sad when we move. I just know that it will be better for us to move. Especially if we get closer to Mike's work.
I got Abigail's pictures back today, they are so cute. Now I need to decide which ones to send to Mike's work. I like them all, so I will let him decide. While Abigail was napping today, I put Abigail's pictures in frames. I put them on the floor and started to do other things so I forgot about them. Anyway after I got home from enrichment Abigail was on the floor playing. I left the room for a little bit and when I came back in the room Abigail had them all spread out and was smiling and talking to them. It was so cute.

Cable wire

So we have a cable wire and a speaker wire against our wall. It is Abigail's goal to get to the wire and eat them. Every time she gets to them I pick her up and tell her not to eat them. The one good things about it, is that she has learned how to scoot to them. It looks like she is doing an army crawl basically. We have finally had to cover the wires up so she can't see them, but she still knows that they are there, so tries to move the objects that are on top of them.
The other thing that Abigail has learned this weekend is how to click her tongue. She goes around doing it a lot now. I can't believe how fast they grow up and learn things, it is so cute.
Oh and her chicken pox are better now, we are just waiting for the last of the scabs to go away, but she can go out and play again.

new things

So in the past couple of days I have learned a few new things about Abigail, and she has learned a few new things. I have learned of a few things that Abigail is afraid of. Last week Mike was using our shredder. Abigail was happily playing on the floor until he put the first paper in. She made a whimpering noise. We didn't think much of it. So he started to shread more peper and she started screaming. So I picked her up, that didn't even help her we had to go out of the room. So she couldn't hear it at all. Then yesterday Abigail was happily eating lunch. Mike came into the kitchen to blow his nose. She stopped eating, looked at him sad. Then he blew it one more time and she stared screaming. Food was coming out of her mouth, and she just wanted out of her high chair. I pulled her out and hugged her. She was fine a short time later.
So what Abigail learned. Yesterday Mike had two of his brothers over to play Rock Band. Abigail and I were just sitting there listening to them play. When Abigail started clapping her hands and whats the coolest part of it, she was really close to the beat. I was so excited to see this. At first she would stop when any of the guys looked at her, but soon she did it for them too. The rest of the night she was clapping her hands.

Eating

Yesterday I felt like Abigail wouldn't stop eating. About every two hours she got hungry. Today is the opposite. She ate a few bites of cereal for breakfast, then grabbed the bowl and dumped it all over herself and her tray. That was about 6:30 about 10:30 I tried to give her a bottle she drank two ounces and then was done. About 12:30 she ate a few bites of her solids then started screaming. So I tried to give her a bottle again 2 ounces. She took a two hour nap after that. So I thought maybe she will be hungry when she wakes up. About 3 I tried to give her a bottle not even 2 ounces. Maybe it is because she is sick. Who knows. She is starting to look a lot better. The spots seem like some of them are dissappering. I talked to the doctor office and they say she isn't contagious after all of the spots scab over, which I think we are almost to that point. I hope she will feel better soon, so we can go out and do things again.

Chicken pox

I took a couple of pictures chicken pox today. She has it the worse on her head and bum. I don't thinl they are bugging her to bad yet. Today is the first day that she has started acting cranky. I hope she gets better soon. At least by Sunday. My new nephew is being blessed that day.

Sick Baby

Abigail is sick. Thursday night I noticed that she had some bumps on her head. I thought that maybe she got bit by a bug. But the next morning she had more. We discovered she has chicken pox. My mom had Shingles and played with her. Poor little girl. It just makes me itch because of all of her bumps.
