Clingy

Monday I spent most of the day, other than taking care of Abigail's needs, studying for my math midterm. I took it yesterday morning and then I started to study for my science midterm, but only when Abigail was napping.

I don't know what happened, but when I went to do my math homework while Abigail was playing. She started crying and ran up to me to cuddle her. So I put my math to the side and I cuddled her, and cuddled her. She would not let me put her down or, let her sit beside me. So I just did math after she was in bed. She wanted to be by my side all night.

This morning I thought things were better so I watched a couple of movies for anatomy. She was good when Mike was here, but as soon as he left she was right back next to me wanting on my lap. I just don't know what to do I need to study but I also need to give my little girl attention. She only does it when Mike is gone, so he can't help me.

I am just wondering if she will be like this when the baby comes, or if it will be worse. Thank goodness Mike will be taking a little bit of time off when she comes to help.

Sinus Infection

Abigail had a cold last month and has had a runny nose since. Starting yesterday or day before her nose was getting worse. I took her to the Dr today and she has a sinus infection. She gets to take the yummy pink medicine again. At least it will be taken care of.

I am ready for spring I have decided. I want it to be warmer but not to warm so I will want to be outside. Maybe I need to move to a warmer state.

middle name

I have been having a hard name time with the middle name we have chosen for Brooklyn. So Mike and I have decided to change it. We are accepting suggestions if anyone has any.

I guess I am just picky, but my little girl will have to live with the name.

Its a.....

girl!!!!!!!

So my feelings were totally off. It is a girl. She looks good. She was laying on her tummy so they couldn't get everything they need, so I need to go back next month for another ultrasound. We are excited because we will save money by not needing to buy new clothes.

Abigail has learned how to say sister, but it almost sounds like sista so it is cute.

The name we picked out was Brooklyn Ampersand. I told Mike right after we got pregnant if it was a girl that could be her middle name. Brooklyn because we like that first name.

First pregnancy dream...that I can remember

I just had the weirdest dream. Mike and I were driving around, we were meeting my parents for some lecture. We get there and I leave Mike and Abigail in the car they just sit there. So after a couple of minutes I went to go get them. That is when we notice that we don't have a coat or a jacket for Abigail so we give her a towel to wrap up in. Before we went in we saw some type of medical delivery truck. They were taking boxes out. Mike had picked one up that had pacifiers in it and scrubs. He put it in our car and said we will be saving money this way. When we got in the building the lecture had already started. So we walked in and sat by my parents. We were supposed to be drawing boxes on our piece of paper. I wasn't going to because I didn't have anything to write with and Mike was like you put your pencil in your pocket this morning. I pulled out a #2 yellow very sharp pencil out of my pocket(which I think is weird because I don't even use that kind.)

The next thing I knew I was at a Dr office (not even mine) waiting for my ultrasound, it was taking awhile so I pulled a computer out from nowhere to find out how I did on a test I did at school. My teacher had left a note saying that no one got higher than a 72% and that she was very disappointed in our class. She said if you got below 30 you failed. Sure enough I was one of those people. I was so mad.

I had waited awhile before the ultrasound tech came in. As soon as he did, he was like ok we have looked at you blood and the babies blood and by that you are having a girl, but there is a chance that it is a boy. I was like I hope it is a boy. They start to do the ultrasound and they are like yep three lines looks like a girl, and I started to cry. I said all I want is a boy for Mike. They sent us out to the lobby.

I told the receptionist I was supposed to be meeting with my Dr. She said sorry you missed your appointment it was 2 hours ago and we can't meet you until 4. But we do need your urine so you need to go across the street and give it to them. I was so confused. My nurse then came out holding a key. She was like look what I found I think that I will go find out what it does. It was then I noticed Mike was gone as I looked outside I saw him walking down the street wearing black and white pants a black shirt with a long black coat. He also had a chain around his neck and he had glued a black beard on himself. I then remembered that he was going to a place for lunch you had to be dressed like that.

Only 6 days

There are only six days until I find out the sex of our next baby. I am so excited to find out. But since I know it is coming, life has been moving so slow. I wish there were ways you could find out without the ultrasound. I feel like it is a boy, but who knows.

I do have a lot to do within the next 6 days I have homework a quiz to take, I also have a math test this weekend. I am teaching primary on Sunday. I just hope the time goes fast. I was not this anxious with Abigail. I actually found out when I was 22 or 24 weeks with her.

I am feeling mostly better after my uti. I just hope it is all the way gone, the medicine is so I hope it is.

property inspection

So I was sitting here at home, thinking about what I should eat for dinner. When someone rang my doorbell. I answered it, a lad was there and she said your apartment is going to be inspected today. The owner of our building is going to be selling the property and they need to get it inspected. I thought they already did it once, but no they want to do it again.

Now instead of doing homework today, I get to clean. Luckily Mike and I cleaned a little on Saturday, so I just need to finish things up and get it clean. It will be a fun day. I have until 4 this afternoon.

pros and cons of taking online courses

There are pros and cons of taking online courses.

Pros
If you want to you can do it in your pajamas and not feel weird about it.
You can take your time learning.
You do it when you have free time.
You can stop the videos you are watching and go back if you miss something. Or if your child is screaming at you.
You can be at the comfort of your home
You can go as fast or as slow as you want to.

Cons
You are not on a set schedule in some classes so it is easy to get behind.
You don't have as much interaction with your teacher. So if you have questions you have to e-mail and hope that they will email you back.
You still have to go to school to take tests. By a scheduled time.
Sometimes the videos won't download right so you have to try it 5 or 6 times. (unless you spend the 70 dollars to buy videos, or you get up at 4 in the morning to watch them on TV)

I really am enjoying my online classes. I am doing good on keeping up in my math class. Last night I was trying to do homework, with Mike the smart one in maths help. We got to last problem and both of us tried it and gave up before we were finished it was really intense. Since it was only one problem I was like who cares. I did good on my first test in that class 93% and that was without studying for it. Imagine if I did study.

My anatomy class on the other hand, it hit me the other day that I have to take the first test by the 6th of this month and I had not watched any of the videos yet. I think it is because I am lazy. I have 9 videos to watch. Monday and Tuesday we couldn't get the videos to download. Finally yesterday I got them to start downloading. Problem 9 videos in two days with a 19 month old begging for my attention. I am now on 5th video and she is playing in her room.

I will get it all done by tonight and take test in morning. Then I have a goal to never get behind again.

not again...

So yesterday I started having a constant pain in my abdomen. I was like is it growing pains? It didn't feel like contractions or cramps. So I just ignored it. But the pain kept going all day. While I slept at night, I didn't feel it. As soon as I got up it started again, so I called my Dr.

They had me come in for a Urine sample. I found out that I have a UTI again. It is the second one this pregnancy. What is up with that? They said if the pain is not gone in 48 hours or if it gets worse and goes to my back or if I start contracting to call them.

The good thing about this, is I got to hear the baby heart beat again. I love to hear that sound. I feel it move, but you never know if it is something else. I just hope it goes away soon.
