So the past couple of weeks I have been craving pie. We made two pumpkin pies which I ate within 2 days. I think Mike had a couple of pieces. Then we have been making chocolate cream pies. Mike made the first one and put whipping cream with the chocolate pudding. I made one this week, I noticed that we had cream cheese in our fridge it has been there for awhile I decided it needed to be used. So I mixed that with some whip topping and powder sugar. I put that on top of the crust. I then made pudding and put that on the top. We thin put whip topping on top of that. It turned out so good. The good news we have enough cream cheese mixture to make another pie. I am so excited.
Next week though I am going to make my all time favorite peanut butter pie. It is so good. It isn't so peanut buttery that you feel like you ate a jar of peanut butter. Most people who eat it love it. My family asks me to make it every year and if I don't they get upset. To bad we are going to Mike's side of the family this year.
I just love pie so much.

Halloween weekend
We had a good weekend.
Friday was my birthday, I started the day by going to the lab that works with my doctor, to have the glucose test taken. I really don't mind it. The drink tasted like crush, without the carbonation. They told me I could go to the bathroom to drink it, but I just drank it in there. I sat in the office for an hour then got my blood taken. After that I went up the stairs to my doctor appointment. Luckily it wasn't busy and he was not behind, so basically it was just in and out. They took my blood pressure, usually the nurse will say it is great. But on Friday she said it was ok. It was fun to hear the babies heart beat again. Still very strong.
After the doctor office we packed up our car to go to Delta. Before we drove down we went to IHOP because they had free scary face pancakes for kids. We got both of our kids one. Abigail ate a few bites then claimed she was done. Brooklyn just ate the whipping cream and candy off of hers.
The drive down to Delta was not that bad. The kids were good, they both slept a little. Abigail was staring off for a bit so I asked if she was ok. She just sighed and said "I am just happy." Both of Mike's parents had to work the afternoon and part of the night so we were on our own. We went off roading, but not to bad because we had the girls and I am pregnant. Abigail loved it she said it was like a big slide. After that we took them to the park. Abigail went up the biggest slide and started to go down. She stopped herself halfway down and wanted Mike to get her. He told her she just had to go the rest of the way down. We took them to visit their grandma at the library where she works. They were both so happy to see her.
That night for dinner we decided to see what kind of fast food we could get in Delta, Abigail and I got rice bowls and Mike and Brooklyn got food from McDonald's. We were in the drive thru of McDonald's for about 40 minutes. It was so annoying. Brooklyn was hungry and was upset that she was stuck in the car. Abigail was trying to calm her down. She turned to her and said "don't worry Brooklyn I will go to the store and buy you food."
That night we didn't want to put the kids to bed until they saw both of their grandparents. But Mike's mom got home from work late. She went to the store so she got home about 9. Brooklyn was so tired so we thought that she would sleep all night. Boy were we wrong. About an hour after we put them down she woke up crying. So we went and got her. We put her down a little later and she fell asleep. She stayed asleep when Mike and I went to bed. But about 1 Abigail started to cry. Which woke Brooklyn up, plus the room was really hot. We got some fans on and hoped she would go back to sleep. But she kept crying so I picked her up to sleep with me for a bit. The bad thing is I sleep on the small brown couch thing that is barely big enough for me so I was not comfortable. About an hour later I put her back into bed. But she started to scream again. So Mike got up with her. He was up with her until 4:30 in the morning. They still woke up at their normal time.
Saturday was really low key Brooklyn was happy and was playing with both of her grandparents. So good in fact that Mike and I took off for a bit on Saturday to have a date. We ate at a really gross restaurant. Which I will never go to again. When we got back to Mike's parents Brooklyn was falling asleep in Mike's mom's arms so we took her to bed. She napped for 3 hours.
That night we put the kids in their costumes and took them trick or treating. We just went up the block and back. It was very cold. Abigail was a chicken, Brooklyn a cow, Mike was a bunny and I was a farmer. After we were done trick or treating we went back to Mike's parents house for dinner. We had pizza it was pretty good for Delta. We then packed up our car and went home. We got home about 9:30 put the kids in bed and then were pretty worn out. Over all it was a pretty good weekend.

Halloween costume
Today Abigail gets to wear her Halloween costume to preschool. So I pulled it out of the closet to put on. This is where Brooklyn got jealous. She took her costume and ran with it. So I had to pull out Brooklyn's costume out and put it on her. Which made her happy.
Abigail is excited to go to preschool she wants to take her Halloween bag or as she calls it Halloween purse.

I went to my Dr. appointment today. First I had an ultrasound to make sure the placenta had moved away from the cervix. Which it moved a little instead of being full on the cervix it is laying low above it. The Dr said by 35 weeks it should be all the way out of the way. Which is good news.
I have been having pain whenever I eat lately like cramps going from my chest down. But mainly under my ribs. So they are having me go in to have an ultrasound to check out my gallbladder. He said it might be nothing but it is better to get it checked out. I have to go in next Wednesday morning. I have to fast 8 hours before the ultrasound. Luckily my appointment is at 8:00 am.
Next appointment is the glucose test. Since my Dr won't be here 4 weeks from today I am going 3 weeks from today. Which is also my birthday so that will be a fun birthday. Drink yummy orange drink.
I am just happy the baby is doing really well. He has a strong heart beat and is growing right on schedule.

So confused
Saturday Brooklyn woke up didn't want to eat, drank only milk. She had diarrhea, but it was not very often. We went to Mike's parents house, she was eating snacks and was playing. She drank some juice and then was coming in to eat lunch. I picked her up and was holding her out and she threw up. So we decided to go home, just in case it got worse. Which it didn't, total opposite she was running around playing and was happy.
Yesterday she was happy and was playing the whole day. Her appetite was back and she was eating non-stop. When we put her in bed we heard her cry, but then it stopped. This morning we got her and she had diarrhea again. She also wouldn't eat. She was clingy and wanting only me. But she had to go to her dad so I could shower. But now she is running around playing again and eating cereal. She has been drinking water all morning too.
I just don't know what is going on, if she ate something or is sick. She is not acting sick at all. The rest of us feel fine and not sick at all (besides me with morning sickness still). I know Friday her and Abigail took the wipes in her room and Brooklyn loves to eat them. I usually stop her, but I didn't know they had them. I just don't know Mike and I are so confused on what is happening to her.

Grateful
So now that we are having a boy, I wondered how we could enough clothes for him. With Abigail I had a baby showers, and then two people gave me hand me downs because they were done with kids. Brooklyn just wore the same clothes as Abigail.
I kept looking online to see if I could get any deals on clothes. But most people want tons of money for their clothes. When I give all my baby stuff away I am just going to give it away for free. I doubt I am going to have a baby shower so I wondered what I was going to do.
I was talking to one of my cousins she had a little boy a year after Abigail was born and is now having a girl. She offered me her boy clothes. So I told her we could trade and I would give her girl clothes. I don't know how many there are or what condition, but any little bit helps. I am just grateful that someone is willing to share.

We are having a......
BOY!!! We are so excited. We just need to get boy stuff now, because we don't have any. But that is fine. We will somehow handle it. He is a very active baby, even the ultrasound tech said so. I can't wait to meet him.
waiting
I am sitting here waiting to go to the doctor. I have been up since 7 this morning, and didn't get to bed until midnight. I am so excited to find out what I am having. I keep telling myself it is a girl. Just so if it is I will be happy about it. I want a boy but I am not holding my breath.
I had to drink 16 ounces of water this morning. That is not an easy task when you have morning sickness. But I got it done. My appointment is in a half hour, the girls are ready to go, I am ready to go, and Mike is getting ready to go.
I am now just sitting here watching the girls rip up papers and throwing them on the floor. I guess they can get away with a lot when I really don't care.

I can't wait......
Next Friday we have our 20 week ultrasound. At which time we are going to find out the sex of the baby. I am so excited to find out for some reason. I have been wanting to go for awhile now. Luckily I am keeping myself busy. I just hope the next week goes fast.
Abigail started preschool last week. I am doing preschool with some ladies that I know. We each take a week to teach. My week is next week. I am nervous but excited at the same time. I saw this cute project where they get to make small animals out fuzzy sticks and poms. I think it will be fun. I am also going to have them make binoculars. I am teaching about the letter A and number 2. The 2nd day we are going to the aquarium. I have noticed with this that Abigail seems to like to play with herself. She has always been like that though even as a small baby. I hope she will grow out of it.
Brooklyn is officially walking and every where. She will not let me hold her hand but she will let Abigail it is so funny. She will eat anything you put in front of her, also things she finds elsewhere. We had roast beef the other night and she ate the meat. She loved it.
